  • $800/fed + 1 state; itemized deductions

Additional fees for addl. reporting requirements. Base price does NOT include fees for the following reporting requirements:

  • Independent contractor reporting (1099)

  • Single-member LLC state filing

  • Rental income incl. depreciation calculations

  • Partnership or other flow-through income (K1s)

  • Capital gains/losses of securities, or other properties

  • Home office/vehicle deductions

Minimum base price: $1,200/fed + 1 state for basic filing (addl. fees for addl. reporting requirements) for corporations, partnerships, and multi-member LLCs.

All business tax clients are provided with unlimited general tax consulting with the preparation of their tax returns.
